MARK DENNIS, President of Landmark Homes

Mark Dennis is a seasoned building professional, with over two decades of experience in the construction industry. His projects have ranged from a 20-story commercial office building in Texas to multi-family and commercial projects in Atlanta, and luxury custom homes in Florida. He has managed construction for a real estate development company with properties located throughout the United States as well as for a national homebuilder specializing in country club communities. His own company's luxury custom homes have won top awards during the Lee County Parade of Homes and National Aurora Awards competitions. In addition to having extensive experience, he also holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Missouri and is a licensed general and roofing contractor.

Mark attributes his strong work ethic to his Midwestern roots. Born in Missouri, his passion for construction was influenced by his father, a building craftsman in his own right, who still assists with the company today. Mark and his family have lived in Florida for 15 years and they all love the Florida Lifestyle. In his rare leisure time, Mark enjoys golfing and fishing.
